Data – We use data to measure the Greenhouse emissions that are being prevented and sequestered.
Accountability – The projects we support would not be possible without sponsorship from CarbonDivest users. Most of our projects are not economically viable without the sponsorship support that pays for the CO2 offset activities.
Reports – We provide regular reports so you can see the results of your carbon footprint offsets. We share the data and transparently report on how your funds are being used to offset CO2 emissions.
You can donate to our general fund that will then go toward any of these projects where the most urgent need is currently or you can read through our individual projects and chose any of them you prefer to direct your donation towards. Check back regularly to see our updates and the newest projects that we add to our growing list.

The Mangrove forests along the Sonora coastline have been hit hard by climate change effects, pollution, and agricultural changes. YOU can be part of the restoration process through supporting this project.
Help us restore the mangroves and make a difference in our world.
Guatemala is home to a large community of Indigenous people suffering from hunger, unclean water, and deforestation.
WITH YOUR SUPPORT, we can help these communities warm their homes and cook their food without the need to destroy the trees around them.
YOU can make a real impact by supporting the Indigenous of Colombia and their efforts to reduce deforestation in the Amazon Jungle. Your contributions can help stop the effects of deforestation and support advanced monitoring systems of over 1.2 million acres of rainforest.
We are helping reverse the damage that has already been done to Lake Tota in Boyaca, Colombia.
YOU can be part of this project to restore the natural balance to this beautiful lake and the surrounding biodiversity.
We are excited to work with our Indigenous communities in the northwest area of Colombia.
YOU have the opportunity to be a part of helping restore their lands and assist the Indigenous communities that live there and are committed to conserving their forests and the biodiversity that lives there.
The Corpya communities are comprised of 11 indigenous nations within Ecuador who are in a desperate need for clean water and to restore their forested lands. We have a signed 30-year contract with 30 of their community leaders. We will be directing the certification process of their owned lands as well as helping their people in these communities.
YOU are able to help us empower them to once again nurture their lands through the use of Hi-Tech and by supporting their people in bringing needed support.
Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Honduras, Mexico, and others in both North and Latin America are also in the pipeline and at various positions of negotiation with Indigenous tribes in those areas. We also work with the Lawmakers in these states and countries to promote contracting with these Indigenous communities to promote conservation of these Indigenous-owned lands.
Along with the forestry conservation projects, we are also involved in supporting other forms of projects that are changing our environment for the generations to come.
We are working directly with Interaseo, a waste-to-energy business that has projects in 6 Latin American countries. We are involved in directing their projects through the voluntary program for the certification of GHG emission reduction projects.
We also have companies involved in renewable projects in Latin America that use solar, wind, hydro, and thermal energy that can apply these resources to the Indigenous communities that own the forest conservation projects that we are involved with.
What is a Blue Carbon Project you might ask?
Blue carbon is the carbon stored and sequestered in coastal ecosystems such as mangrove forests, seagrass meadows, or intertidal saltmarshes. These valuable ecosystems hold vast carbon reservoirs; they sequester atmospheric CO2 through primary production and then deposit it in their sediments. These ecosystems also provide essential benefits for climate change adaptation, including coastal protection and food security for many coastal communities.
Our projects are focused on reforesting and reseeding the areas where the ecosystems have experienced destruction from various fronts. We are restoring these necessary biospheres to health so that once again they can grow and maintain the biodiversity that lives within them while also reversing at least some of the toxicity that has been growing in the oceans. Once these Mangrove forests are restored, they will enable the sequestering of even more GHG emissions and through their root filtration, release clean oxygen into the air.
We are very excited to soon be able to offer another choice to you. Check back with us to read the newest information about our latest way to HELP STOP CLIMATE CHANGE through your financial donations.
You can contribute by finacially supporting through our website.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve socio-economic conditions among Indigenous communities. Your generous donation will fund our mission to enable the conservation of forests and biodiversity..
